EXCHANGE
We do provide exchange of clothing sizes if available but the customer will be liable to pay the delivery charges for the same. For exchange, please reach out to us within 24hrs from the delivery of your item.
RETURN
Return is accepted ONLY when the product we sent is different than what we have advertised or the product is Faulty/ Damaged. For Returns, please message within 24hrs from the time you received your order.
DELIVERY
Our goods are normally delivered by the next day of your order if the delivery location is inside the valley. For outer valley, please expect 3-4 days’ time in delivery.
